A LA BRAVA Hot Sauce is an artisan succulent blend of Peppers and Spices made in heaven, that will bring your entrée to La Vida. Our sauce is made locally in Winston-Salem, NC. since 2015, we have a list of stores and restaurants that offer it for your enjoyment. Thank you and tell a friend!

I remember growing up in Parral, Chih. in México. My late mom, Mamá Nana (above), had autochthonous recipes for salsas. She always went to the marketplace to buy the finest and freshest ingredients, to be cooked the same day. This philosophy was embedded in my mind, and encourage me to prepare this rich, thick, zesty, tons-of-ingredients hot sauce, from my mom's kitchen to yours!

It is my promise that y'all savor the long lasting exquisite flavor and the bohemian aroma of our creamy hot sauce.

Hey, don't blame us if you get addicted!

Our story is like many immigrants that came to America before us, with our dream of coming to the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, as well as, enjoy life and pursue whatever makes us happy. In our case was to raise a family, worship God, own a home and live a decent life.  In 1996 my wife Mary, my son David, my parents Daniel and Fernanda and myself Marcos, came to America. Everything we owned was what we were wearing and whatever fit in my parents' Minivan, no home, no job, no car and little money to make it last until we had an income, but we know we had to shed sweat, blood and tears in order to make our dreams come true.      We established in the beautiful city of Winston-Salem, NC. and my first job was washing and degreasing 18-wheelers, then we rented an apartment but we had to sleep on the floor since we couldn't afford to buy any furniture just yet. In 1999 our beautiful daughter Michelle was born, my wife and I worked very hard for many years to save money and buy a home and then we bought a restaurant, two years later, we bought another restaurant which we sold (late 2017) after almost 12 years in the restaurant business and now we're launching this Hot Sauce Bottling Company.

I would like to thank each one of you and the U.S.A. for giving us the opportunity to make our dreams come true and to become a living proof that America still is The Land of Opportunities and The Home of The BRAVE.

1,000 Thanks,

Marcos  M.
